Terms and Agreement

This agreement is between [3L Media, LLC. & Chromatic Studio] (hereafter “Photographer”, or “ Chromatic Studio”) and said client.

Scope of work

This contract is for services and products related to a photography shoot (hereafter “shoot” or “the shot”) to take place at the following time and place.

The photoshoot will be at 325 N Hoyne Ave. Suite C-313, unless another location was discussed.

3L Media, LLC. agrees to provide no fewer than 30 proofs for CLIENT to view after the shoot, and is not required to provide more than this number of images. 3L Media, LLC. will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing on these photos and deliver them within 2 weeks of the shoot. 15 Edited photos will be sent to the client unless discussed otherwise.

In consideration of the photography services provided by 3L Media, LLC., CLIENT agrees to pay the sum of $500 unless discussed otherwise. The CLIENT agrees to pay the photographer a non-refundable deposit totaling 50% of the total price of the photography services upon signing this contract. The balance of the payment for photography services must be paid in full on the day of the SHOOT, as detailed in Section 1: Scope of Work. If the CLIENT needs the photos before the agreed-upon 2 weeks, a $50 rush fee will be charged.

If the photoshoot is rescheduled, a new deposit will be required, and an updated contract must be signed. The purpose of the 50% deposit is to lock in a date, and that

3L Media, LLC, is compensated for its time and preparation.

Work Product:

3L Media, LLC. will deliver proofs of photos to the CLIENT no more than 4 days after the date of the SHOOT. CLIENT understands and agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT has no right to these photos except for a license to review them, but not store the proofs.

The final edits of the photos will be delivered within 15 days of the photoshoot. This agreement between the PHOTOGRAPHER and the CLIENT permits a shared copyright agreement allowing the client to use the images delivered by the photographer in any manner they please, as long as proper credit is given to the PHOTOGRAPHER.

The PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to use images created under the contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.

If, in the photographer's opinion, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the photographer's artistic standards, the photographer may elect to use an alternate location or reschedule the photo shoot.

If the Photographer cannot perform this contract due to personal reasons, such as illness or emergency, and the client has met all terms, the photographer shall return the deposit.
