Chromatic Studio House Rule and Instructions
Chromatic Studio (also known as Rain Studio) is a 2,200 sq. ft. industrial loft space in West Town, featuring large south-facing windows that overlook the United Center. Whether it’s music video productions, photoshoots, or live events, Rain Studio is a versatile space capable of hosting your next creative endeavor.
House Rule
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No parties, live music, or disruptively loud events.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved but not removed from the unit. Wall decor is limited and can be removed.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras overseeing the entrance and main space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Arriving/Parking
You can park anywhere along Carroll and Hoyne. Parking is generally free for three blocks down in any direction. Though free, it is hard to find a spot during the weekdays, 9 am-5 pm.

Arriving/Entering the Building
On the corner of Hoyne and Carroll is a big red door with “325” on it. Walk up to the door, and you will see a digital dial pad to the right of it. Type in 3L media and click to call. State who you are, and I will be able to buzz you up.

The Hard Part: The Stairs
Once you enter, you will walk to the third floor. The world’s greatest athletes would struggle on these stairs, so don't feel bad.

After the Stairs
Once you reach the third floor, you will make a left. Continue to walk down that path. You will eventually make it to the studio door.
The Unit number is C-313. On the door, you will see a “Rain Studio” or “TL” logo.

Bathroom
Walk out of the studio’s doors and make a right. Head towards the first exit sign you see.
Make another right and you will see the two bathroom doors. The door knobs do not turn but you call pull to open.

In Studio
I will be there on-site to guide you with anything you need and help during emergencies. Items can be moved around in the studio.

Freight Elevator
The loading dock is located near 2021 W Carroll Ave. You can load your items and i will meet you downstairs. You may not park your car at the loading dock.

Wether your purpose for renting is to bring a creative idea to life or to have an event, I am more than capable to help you have an amazing experience.
You want to rent items in the studio?
Currently, we are not renting out lights. You can use C-stands, scrim, clips, stools, apple boxes, and umbrellas. We are in the process of getting our studio lights fixed.
All items must be placed exactly how you found them. If you have any more questions, ask the host.
