1. What is the latest a client can cancel their appointment without repercussions?

If you cancel your shoot a week before your scheduled date, a full refund will be issued.

2. What is the penalty when a client cancels outside of the cancellation window?

A Late cancellation fees include 50% of the appointment cost.

3. What happens if the business owner cancels a session without the minimum amount of notice?

If we cancel your shoot with less than a week’s notice, a full refund will be issued and another Photographer will be recommended.

6. What happens in the event of a delay outside of anyone’s control?

We will push the shoot time back to the same day as scheduled. If necessary, we will reschedule for a different day. Examples of events outside of our control includes: quarantine restrictions and natural disasters.
